Rick Grimes woke up from a months-long coma after being shot. He left the hospital and discovered an apocalyptic world overrun by zombies. He was confused and a little bit scared, he found his family and many survivors that became his friends. They made a group and Rick was appointed leader because he was the only one who knew everything about arms, guns...
Rick and the group went through many problems that they eventually solved, but there were other problems that won, carrying the death of many loved ones.
Talking about the stages, they've lived in many different places. Some of them are the farm, the prision, the Terminus, Alexandria...

Rick Grimes is a true warrior. We think that he is not just a sheriff, he is a hero because he protects his son and his daughter with his life. It took him time to adjust to a world of zombies, but who is prepared for an apocalypse? He was appointed leader of the group. What made him want to live was to protect his family and his group, and he do it.
Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon
Everyone see Daryl as the "bad guy", who doesn't mind killing zombies or people, but it's not like that. For us, Daryl is really sentimental. He misses his brother and he loves his friends. He helps in everything and he has great hope for survival.
Danai Gurira as Michonne
Michonne is the best fighter ever, she's totally a survivor. She was later incorporated the group but she still does not fault them and did everything possible to help. She defends herself and the group with her katana. She is like superwoman.
Steven Yeun as Glenn

Glenn was the first one who saw Rick, he saved him from the walkers. He was a sweet and innocent guy, but over time he turned into a fighter. He felt in love with Maggie and he always protects her. His case is one of the best because we have all seen his evolution in the apocalypse.
Lauren Cohan as Maggie Greene
She was really scared, she thought that zombies were real people sick. She felt in love with Glenn, he protects her, but also she protects him. Her case is similar to Glenn's case, she learnt to kill zombies and to thought of them differently, as monsters.
Lennie James as Morgan Jones
He was the first person that Rick saw when he woke up, he helped him so much beacause Rick didn't know anytthing about walkers. Morgan is such a brave man, but he really miss her wife.
David Morrissey as The Governor
A part from the zombies, The Governor is the biggest enemy of the group. He hates Rick and Micchonne, and does everything he can to kill Rick, and also his group. His goal was to destroy the prison, the place where they lived. The Governor was one of the most hated person, for us. But we have to congratulate David for making us hate The Governor, he is a great actor for that.
Now we're going to talk about the zombies. They exist thanks to the makeup artists. They make a great job, and every season it gets better.

The Walking Dead was created and produced by Frank Darabont and based on the eponymous comic book by Robert Kirkman. The characters on the comic and on the series have the same way of thinking but their physical is not always the same. It has six seasons with differents arguments and stories, but always following Rick's group.
Watching The Walking Dead we've learned that you never know what can happen in your life, that you must be prepared for everything. We know that this is fiction, but it has a real side: Families, love, friendship, fear, death... We've all been through it and if it's not, we will.
Imagine you wake up tomorrow and the world is surrounded by zombies, with The Walking Dead we know what we should and what we shouldn't do. You have to apply what you learn to your life.
